Downtown Terre Haute restaurants and businesses have been given a boost on game day thanks to the Indiana State University men’s basketball team. The Sycamores’ historic season has continued to the second round of the NIT tournament. Several Downtown Terre Haute restaurants and bars have started offering special offers for basketball fans to enjoy before tipoff at Hulman Center.
