Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce partners with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to build the largest and most effective company to company mentoring program in the country
Program to help employers attract, retain, and develop talent in the State of Indiana
Terre Haute, IN — The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce announces today a new partnership to build the largest and most effective cross-company mentoring program in the country through the Engage Mentoring program. The initiative will help employers skill up their workforce by connecting them with mentors to help them grow their skills on a variety of topics.
The Engage Mentoring program is a model of mentoring that uses a proprietary software system to help employees build the necessary skills needed to be good mentors, as well as connect with qualified mentors in the business community on the basis of skill development.
The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce joins the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in this mission, in an effort to help employers throughout the state skill up their workforce and provide access to critical mentoring relationships.
