Chamber DC Fly-In 2019: Day 1 Recap

West Central Indiana was represented in Washington DC beginning on Tuesday, November 12 as part of the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce’s annual DC Fly-In.

The three-day event kicked off with the Women in Washington group; tackling topics including Transportation, Prison Development, Drug Abuse, Health and Wellness and Broadband.

Visiting the NDIA

On the first day’s agenda; meetings with Congresswoman Susan Brooks, along with a meeting with the National Defense Industrial Association and more.

Attendees represent higher education, business and economic development, aviation, children’s services and more.
