Google-Certified Photographer Returns to Terre Haute
National tour brings Advanced Online Insights to town; offers repeat opportunity for local businesses to update Google Street View and Virtual Tours
TERRE HAUTE (IN) – Google Street View photographer Joseph Danzer, in partnership with Advanced Online Insights Inc., today announced its plans to return to Terre Haute from September 12-18, 2021, as part of its nationwide effort to help businesses update and capture Street View imagery and create virtual tours for businesses of all sizes.
“Due to the positive feedback we received from the business community, we’ve reached out to our business partners to help put more small businesses on the map through our Open for Tourism program,” said Courtney Richey-Chipol, Regional Director of the Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC).
The Open for Tourism Program helps fund projects that bring awareness to Indiana small businesses. The ISBDC reengaged eXtend Marketing Partners and Advanced Online Insights to create online virtual tours of Terre Haute small businesses after working together through other previous programs.
In January 2021, the Advanced Online Insights team visited 11 small businesses in Terre Haute to capture the photography needed to create high-quality virtual tours. Due to the success of that visit, the team returned again in March 2021 to capture tours of 12 additional businesses. Throughout the process Advanced Online Insights was able to get to know the business owners and see their passion for growing the local business community. That work was funded by the ISBDC Covid-19 Recovery Relief Efforts in an effort to bring awareness to small businesses in the region impacted by the pandemic. Advanced Online Insights partnered with eXtend Marketing Partners and the ISBDC to create the tours.
“We are excited to work with eXtend Marketing Partners once again,” said Joseph Danzer, owner of Advanced Online Insights. “We had a great time working with many small business owners during our time in Terre Haute over the past couple of years, and we’re excited to help even more businesses increase their marketing impact.”
