Annual Meeting: Vital Information for Admission and Parking

The hour by hour countdown is on for this year’s Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting! If you’re attending PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL!

Where to Go and What Time?
The location for the event is in the hangar at the 181st IW, Indiana Air National Guard base, NOT the Terre Haute Regional Airport.  
Event Parking
We have two parking areas available for guests – the main terminal lot at the Terre Haute Regional Airport and a smaller lot at the 181st IANG base.
All “general event” guests will park at the Terre Haute Regional Airport. We will have Turner buses running continuously to bus individuals from the Airport to the base. Parking at the airport will most likely allow you quicker access in and out of the event.
Attendee Information
1) All attendee names must be provided in advance
2) BRING YOUR ID and tickets
3) Bring cash for expedited bar service
What To Wear?
August in an airplane hangar; just plan for it to be warm! Think summer wedding. Men: polo/button-down shirts and slacks/jeans. Women: summer dress, casual crop pants, sandals. A great accessory is your photo ID – seriously, bring your photo identification!
VIP Reception Attendees
To directly access the 181st IW, Indiana Air National Guard base, go east on SR 42 past the Terre Haute Regional Airport. At the roundabout, make the first right. Follow the signs which will direct you to the security gate at the base. 
Please proceed to the security gate and present your VIP reception tickets for access (don’t forget your ID). The VIP reception will be held from 5-6pm in the DFAC building.
Schedule of the Evening
5pm – Base arrival begins for all event attendees
5-5:45pm – VIP Reception in DFAC Building at 181st
6pm: Buffet lines open for all guests
7pm: Program begins
