EBash Terre Haute Hiring Store Manager
For success in the role as the eBash store manager, you’ll need excellent commercial and people skills. Your role is to run the store successfully. Working on the floor, you are in constant contact with your customers and staff. You will ensure your staff provides great customer service and you will also be handling the financial side of the store and people management. You are responsible for the day-to-day and long-term operations and financial success of the store.
eBash Store Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruits, oversees, trains, and reviews staff
- Manages financial and statistical records, including budgets
- Markets and promotes the organization
- Handles customer complaints and inquiries
- Supervises stock control and pricing policies
- Maximizes profitability to meet sales goals and targets
- Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations
- Arranges promotional displays and materials
eBash Store Manager Skills and Qualifications
- Self-motivated and hard working
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to plan, promote, run and review fun events for players
- Strong customer management and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate POS systems, track inventory and balance sales with deposits
- Solid understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills
- Prior service hiring, training, managing, and retaining team members
- 5+ years’ experience retails sales with proven track record
- 5+ years’ successful experience in retail store management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field is not a requirement but would be a plus
