Tractor Tools Direct is a growing company that sells compact agricultural equipment directly to farmers all across the US. We are not a traditional agricultural equipment dealer. We sell our products online through tractortoolsdirect.com and ship from our warehouse in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Since we’re growing, we need a hardworking person to join our team and help us keep up with increasing demand for our products. This position has long-term potential for increased pay and responsibility as we
grow, and will be enrolled in the company’s profit sharing program. The position is full-time.
Inventory & Fulfillment Supervisor
Responsibilities
● Optimize workflow of all warehouse activities
● Plan workforce efforts for advance packing of outbound freight
● Track inventory of packing supplies and maintain adequate stocking levels
● Plan and schedule service and repair activities
● Maintain adequate tools and supplies for all warehouse activities
● Keep the warehouse and grounds in a clean, orderly condition
● Manage entry of incoming inventory into system
● Ensure accuracy of inventory data in database
● Conduct regular inventory audits and annual count
● Assist marketing team with product listings, ensuring accuracy of data
● Seek out opportunities for addition of new parts & supplies to add to offerings

Preferred Competencies & Achievements
● High School Diploma or GED required
● Higher education in manufacturing, packaging, management, or a related field
● Prior experience with supervising the work of others
● Experience with inventory systems and software
● Understanding of the unique business processes of eCommerce
● Ability to quickly learn a variety of software applications
Salary will be commensurate with experience and educational attainment.
