New local image service captures Terre Haute’s unique scenery
TERRE HAUTE, IN – May 28, 2020 – ENVISIONARY Media today announces the launch of Terre Haute Stock, a local stock image library providing high quality images from some of the area’s best photographers for
businesses, organizations and individuals to license and use. With more than 1,500 images at launch and a growing library of images and photographers, Terre Haute Stock beautifully captures local landmarks,
parks, churches, cityscapes, exteriors and more.
“We’re excited to make high-quality local imagery more accessible for area businesses and organizations,” said ENVISIONARY President and Creative Director Mark Gibson. “There’s a constant need for great visual
media, and while there are already great, general stock sites out there, we wanted to provide something that is clearly local, top-quality and relevant. And Terre Haute offers some really great, unique scenery.”
Housed at terrehautestock.com, the new site offers easy search ability with tagged images and a search bar, as well as galleries dedicated to businesses and organizations, churches, schools, parks and general Terre Haute scenes. Users can license any image on the site for digital download and standard use for $25, as well as purchase physical prints and enlargements for wall art or office spaces.
Royalty-free licensing grants the buyer the right to use the licensed image in multiple ways for a flat, one-time fee, meaning the buyer pays for the license only once, and can use the image forever within the
accepted ways without any further payment obligations. While ownership and copyright remain with the ENVISIONARY or the contributing photographer, Terre Haute Stock licenses photos for non-resale use and
compensates contributing photographers for each download of their image.
“There’s a great pool of talented photographers here locally,” Gibson said. “We’re thrilled to share this platform and provide a showcase of both their work and our community. This platform offers a creative outlet – producing great visual content – but also provides a space and the opportunity to share that content with others.”
Terre Haute Stock will continue to expand with new images and add new contributing photographers.
