Terre Haute Young Leaders Announce 2019 Leadership Conference
Terre Haute, IN – Terre Haute Young Leaders, a branch of the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce has announced the date for the 2019 Leadership Conference as November 7, 2019 on the campus of Indiana State University.
The first-ever Terre Haute Leadership Conference in 2018 was a huge success for the volunteer based organization with hundreds of attendees; both young professionals and highly established leaders. In 2019 the group plans to expand on the previous year’s success.
“Last year we had over 150 community leaders attend the Terre Haute Leadership Conference. It provided them an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain inspiration without having to travel a long distance or pay a hefty price,” explains Terre Haute Young Leaders Education Committee Chair and conference organizer Danielle Isbell of the United Way. “We are excited to bring this conference to Terre Haute for the third year in a row! If you are looking for an opportunity that will motivate and inspire you to be a strong community minded leader, then you should attend this conference!”
The 2019 event will kick-off with Keynote Speaker Julia M. Winston, CEO and Lead Strategist of Brave Leadership Consulting. Winston will speak on “How to Become A Person Of Influence, Even If No One Knows Who You Are”.
Early bird registration is open until August 16th for $50/person (general price is $55) and members of THYL gain a discounted rate of $50. Group pricing is also available; groups of 10 or more – $45/person.
