The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce would like to welcome new member Yale Terre Haute LLC.
Yale Terre Haute LLC is the new owner of the Sycamore Terrace shopping center located at 2141-2199 S. State Road 46 – directly adjacent to the super Walmart.
Tenants at the center include Maurices, Rent A Center, Dollar Tree, Pet Supplies Plus, Sun Factory Tanning, Remember When Pizzeria, Fantastic Sams, GameStop, GNC, VIP Nails, Athletico, Monica’s Pizza and Real Hacienda Mexican Restaurant.
The owners will be renovating and upgrading the parking lot to further enhance the curb appeal of the property and provide customers with a more positive shopping experience.
