We’re happy to host the local, Afterburner Brewing Co here at Stables Steakhouse with 5 of their special beers & 5 special courses!
We’re excited to offer again a special brewery dinner featuring Terre Hautes very own, Afterburner Brewing Co.! We’ll have a specially formed 5 course meal that is paired with 5 beers from Afterburner.
Tickets are required and will act as your RVSP. Seating begins at 6:00pm with dinner starting at 6:30pm.

First Course: Three Cheese Risotto Ball and Tomato Mushroom Sauce
Pairing: Bader – Firkin Pour ESB
Second Course: Spring Veggie Salad with Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette
Pairing: Bingo’s Belgium Landing – Ad Hoc Series Saison
Third Course: Milk Brined Lamb Lollipop with a Cherry Bourbon Glaze, served on a bed of Mixed Greens
Pairing: Midnight – Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout
Fourth Course: Shrimp Pad Thai with Homemade Noodles, garnished with Roasted Peanuts, Bean Sprouts and Cilantro
Pairing: Bingo – German Pilsner
Fifth Course: Tropical Fruit Dessert Dumpling served with Strawberry Reduction and Matcha Foam
Pairing: Time Hack – Pale Ale
