2025 12 Under 40 Honorees Named

Terre Haute, Ind. - The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce and the Tribune-Star are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025 12 Under 40 Awards, recognizing 12 outstanding young professionals in West Central Indiana for their contributions to their businesses and their communities. 

This year’s honorees represent a wide range of industries and leadership roles across our region. The 2025 awardees are: 

  • Rebecca Bercich - Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 

  • Kyle Crockett - Duke Energy 

  • Jonathan Eilbracht - West Central Indiana Partnership

  • Caleb Fleschner - Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos and Newlin 

  • Kierra Jones - Kierra Josette Artistry 

  • Justin Kunz - Sycamore Engineering

  • Allie Lark - Providence Health Care 

  • Kara Lovell - Kara Lovell Ceramics

  • Forrest Lowery - First Financial Bank 

  • Anne-Therese “AT” Ryan - City of Terre Haute, Human Relations Commission 

  • Chris Switzer - Vigo County Commissioner 

  • Brett Taylor - Vigo County School Corporation 

“These honorees exemplify innovation, service and leadership,” said Kristin Craig, President/CEO of the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce. “We’re thrilled to recognize their impact on the community and their dedication to making West Central Indiana a better place to live, work and play.” 

The 12 honorees will be recognized during a special ceremony at the Chamber’s 112th Annual Meeting on August 21 at the Terre Haute Convention Center. Each honoree will receive a physical award and will be featured in the 12 Under 40 publication by the Tribune-Star.
