An Indianapolis company is looking to fill two spaces in Terre Haute. The first being a 25,700 SF former hardware space. The second opening is at Honey Creek Commons on US 41.
The former hardware store, located at Kroger center, has four suites on the west end of the building available from 2,250-9,250 square feet and two smaller spaces between the wireless store and the insurance agency. The hardware store location has a nice delivery dock in place, which a company representative says is open to entertaining any type of alternative use such as office, industrial, entertainment, fitness and beyond.
For Honey Creek Commons, the company owns the former Chili’s building, the former TJ Maxx space and two small shop spaces, 2,000 and 3,200 SF.
