Black Owned Business Spotlight: It Was All A Dream Boutique

The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce is proud to support and celebrate our Chamber members and black owned businesses. Throughout the next week we will be highlighting each individual business and its owners. We encourage you to learn more and join us in supporting the black owned businesses in our community.

A Message From It Was All A Dream Boutique
We appreciate the opportunity to be small business owners and being able to be creative, offer a voice, and spread a message of hope. It allows us to express ourselves, bring awareness, and hopefully help change the way people think and regard one another.
We have recently introduced our Black Lives Matter T-shirts and Mask after the recent death of George Floyd. After receiving countless requests asking if we could or would make a shirt in his honor and memory, we did. They were very well received. People of all ethnic backgrounds wanted a shirt. They wanted to grieve with the family and also let others know that they didn’t agree with what happened. Sadly, that’s where we are at this point, but it’s true.
We were able to contribute to George Floyd’s daughter GoFund Me Page so we could be a blessing at a distance. We also participated in two events for Juneteenth and actively involved with two events that are taking place this weekend in the community as well. It means a lot to us to be able to not only help and contribute but encourage and be a bridge in the city.
