Business: Perfect Assistant 4 You

Tell us about your business and what you do. 

I started my virtual assistant business, Perfect Assistant 4 You, in March 2017. While the concept of a virtual assistant is not a new one, in the Wabash Valley it is one that I frequently have to explain. Simply put, I am your executive assistant/secretary but work remotely from my office. This is a proven cost saving for small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as established businesses that are expanding. With my more than 20 years experience as an executive admin, I can handle all of the administrative tasks an executive assistant would do such as calendar, email and social media management; travel arrangements; event planning; document processing; scheduling; ordering supplies, and much, much more.  Instead of you doing the admin work and using up a lot of your valuable time, you are free to do what you do best – running and growing your business. Let me give you some hours back in your day and be the Perfect Assistant 4 You!

What do you serve as an Ambassador?

Being a new member and a new business owner to the Chamber, 2017, I chose to serve as an ambassador for the Terre Haute Chamber partly so I can assist in the success of other new business owners in our community, with businesses and also to become more involved in the Wabash Valley. As an ambassador, I frequently attend ribbon cuttings, Chamber events, such as the annual meeting, Governor’s Luncheon, and the Holiday Open House, where I am able to support our community, volunteer my time and network with the local businesses. I truly enjoy being a representative of the Chamber and Terre Haute.
