12 Under 40 Nominations Open

Terre Haute, Ind. – Nominations for the annual 12 Under 40 awards, presented by the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce and the Tribune-Star, are now open. The honor, which began in 2015, recognizes individuals under 40 who are making valuable contributions at work and/or through volunteerism in the community.

“Each year the Chamber is amazed by the inspiring individuals who get nominated for this honor,” Executive Director Kristin Craig, a 2016 honoree said. “We look forward to giving those young professionals the recognition they deserve.”

The 12 honorees will be honored during a special ceremony at the Chamber’s annual meeting on August 22 at the Terre Haute Convention Center. Each dedicated individual will receive a physical award and will be featured in the 12 Under 40 publication by the Tribune-Star.

Nominations will close on June 28 and the winners will be selected by a committee made up of former winners and other community leaders.

Nominations can be made by filling out an online form by completing this survey. To be eligible, nominees should not turn 40 on or before January 1, 2025. They must live or work in West Central Indiana.
