TERRE HAUTE, IN (October 27, 2022)
On October 29th, Midwest Communications will host the inaugural Boos & Brews Halloween party at Zorah Shrine in downtown Terre Haute. Cut loose with 100.7 MIX-FM, HI99 WTHI, 102.7 WBOW, and 98.5 THE RIVER as they wrap up spooky season with haunting music and devilish drinks. Doors to the event will open at 6p, with music kicking off at 7p.
Guests are encouraged to dress up in their finest (and freakiest!) costumes – but don’t worry! They’re not required to have a scary good time.
Tommy Kelly Band will take the stage first, followed by Ultimate Def Leppard Tribute. Absolute Queen (a Queen Tribute) will headline the evening – guaranteed to put a spell on classic rock lovers everywhere.
“Boos & Brews is gonna rock with all those great Def Leppard and Queen tunes. And if you’ve never seen Terre Haute’s own Tommy Kelly with his full band…Well, there’s your Halloween treat,” said Scott Steele, Brand Manager and Afternoon Host for 98.5 The River.
He added, “this will be the most fun you’ve had on Halloween weekend since you egged your neighbor’s house and filled their mailbox with shaving cream. But if you want to do that too, I’m not gonna judge.”
Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 the day of the show and kids 12 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Zorah Shrine box office, or at the venue the day of the show.
