ORGANIZATION IMPROVEMENT

Division Goal: Provide leadership and the infrastructure to maintain and grow the organization.  

Division Vice Chair: Christopher Doll, Wabash Capital

Membership Investment Committee: Evaluating membership investment formula regularly, evaluating ways to expedite membership investments and reviewing alternatives to increasing membership investment rates are some of the key tasks performed by this committee.  (Chairperson: Chris Doll, Wabash Capital, Inc.; Staff: Rod Henry)

Progress Monthly Committee: Monitoring success, reviewing content and enhancing overall quality of the Chamber's monthly publication is the primary role of this committee.  (Chairperson: Chris Doll; Staff: Rachel Leslie)

Communications & Marketing Advisory Committee
 Evaluate organization communication media to maximize effectiveness, further enhance www.terrehautechamber.com, continue to expand upon organization image consistent with and complementary to Terre Haute, A Level Above are the primary functions of this advisory committee.  (Chairperson: Chris Doll; Staff: Rachel Leslie)
