The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce recently announced the creation of a partnership providing discounted health care insurance to small business members.

"After many efforts, we have finally created a partnership providing an innovative benefits plan designed specifically for small businesses," stated Rod Henry , President of The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce.

"A recent study by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) indicated that the cost of health care insurance is the number one issue facing small businesses today," Henry said. "As a Chamber we have recognized this need and have developed a program allowing the opportunity for small businesses to access affordable health insurance."

Anthem ChamberCare, the discounted health care insurance plan, will be offered through a partnership between The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The plan will now be available to small business members of the Terre Haute Chamber through local insurance brokers and will provide member companies with the lowest rate available in the state for Anthem health insurance.

To apply for the Anthem ChamberCare, businesses must meet certain requirements, including:

  • Member of The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
