As part of their Chamber membership, businesses are able to reserve the board room for use during regular business hours. The space has flexible chair and table arrangement options, as well as state-of-the-art technology.
And thanks to our friends at Central TV and Appliance, this technology now includes a we now have a high-quality flat-screen television available for use with our board room. With our new technology set-up, we are fully capable of handling the following:
- High-quality SMART TV with HDMI or Screen Share connectivity options
- Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point and Excel available on dedicated laptop
- High-speed Internet access available for you and your meeting guests
- High-quality webcam for Skype, GoTo Meeting or any type of web conferencing
- Presentation equipment including Bluetooth speaker, wireless presenter
- Adjoining kitchenette with sink, fridge and coffee maker access
- Conference phone capabilities available as well
