Description: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other channels are tactic businesses use to reach their customers and prospects. Just like any advertising medium, you need a good plan and approach to use these channels effectively for the business. This session will highlight audience demographics by channel (Who is where), how to best utilize each channel for business, including influencer and PR outreach, and give you tools to use in creating a sound, consistent social media plan.
