Tell us about your business and what you do.
RED66 Marketing is a full-service marketing agency. We work with clients of all sizes to help them create and implement marketing strategies. This can include rebranding efforts or identity creation for new businesses, to website design & development and social media marketing. Most of the clients we work with currently bring us on to be an extension of their team or their entire marketing department. We’re creating marketing calendars, writing website articles and blogs, creating and sending email marketing campaigns, and running their social media efforts. This always includes graphic design for web images, occasional ads and flyers.
Do you have any advice for someone starting their own business?
Have a clear understanding of who your target audience is and how you will serve them better than anyone else. This can be through product selection, service, unique skills, niche markets and more. Still taking time to clarify who you are and more importantly WHY it matters to your customers will give you a lot of insight for marketing messages and your story.
Consistency is also another thing I tell business owners. I’ve seen new businesses launch with a big bang and lots of emails or posting on social media channels, then they either get busy or discouraged and marketing fades. Marketing is a big part of being consistent, staying top of mind and testing new messages to see what gets people’s attention.
