Tell us about your business and what you do.
I’ve been an Insurance Agent with Crapo Insurance Agency, Inc. since May of 2003. At Crapo Insurance, we are a full service independent insurance agency providing numerous lines of personal, commercial, life, and health insurance products
Prior to Crapo insurance I was in the insurance world with several companies obtaining a wide range of insurance exposure having obtained my first insurance license in 1969 and during my travels became licensed in 4 states over the years.
Why do you serve as an Ambassador?
I have been a member of the Chamber Ambassador group almost from the start of that committee and have obviously enjoyed the involvement. What I like most about being an Ambassador is that it affords me a unique opportunity to meet other business individuals in the community that I might not otherwise have had the opportunity to get to know. While I believe networking is a valuable tool to building one’s business, I feel it is more important in life to establish relationships with other people and to get to know how other individuals and families live and hope for. The networking is an added bonus. It has been my distinct pleasure and privilege to serve on this committee with an outstanding group of people not only on the committee, but the Chamber staff as well.
